I am in st wilfrid's school today being interviewed by all of the children. they have lots of questions for me! i am writing this to show the children how to send a comment to the blog!

we have come up with loads of fantastic ideas for the new estates such as Churchill road ,plague man grove,and many more ideas.we are all interested in doing this project. I hope you will like our ideas. nicoll kane

stephen ward has come to our school to be interviwed by st. wildfrids AND BEDE SCHOOL TO I WOULD CALL MY STREET CHIRCHILL ROAD BECAUSE THERE IS A CHURCH NEXT TO WHERE THEY ARE BUILDING THE HOUSES.

I must say Im really impressed at the hard work you are putting in to this project.

The council will have to check that there are no other street names in the area like the ones you are thinking, so some that we think are really great might not be available - so the more ideas the better. I think there may be too many Marigolds already in this area for example.
I'm intersted why you think the names you are suggesting should be put forward - some make good local sence and sound a nice place to live, Im not sure Plague Man Grove sounds like somewhere I would want to live - but I love your Churchill Road ideas.
I may be popping in this afternoon, look forward to chatting with you too.
